Methods of Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted by THEFEATHERED.COM: Credit Card:Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Credit Cards and Website Security
Digital Security Certificates: THEFEATHERED.COM is registered with WordPress . This ensures that your information is kept private while in transit between your web browser and our web server.
THE FEATHERED LLC reserves the right to decline any order not accepted by paypal.
Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
THEFEATHERED.COM reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
It is at the sole discretion of THE FEATHERED LLC to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.
When will my credit card be charged? Credit cards are debited upon order placement for available merchandise and Pre-order items.
Can I change my order once placed? Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it. We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
What happens if my order is not correct? Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it and seek to resolve it to your satisfaction. Please include your order reference at all times when emailing customer services.
How do I return an item or an order? We are happy to refund any purchases within 10 working days from receipt. To return an item you must contact customer services using email@example.com or by phone +52 5568425507 (Mexico City)
Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded with the original The Feathered tag, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
Store Credit can be requested in lieu of refunds for returned merchandise and other cases when the requested item may not be available. Store Credit can be used only once within 90 days of issuance in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges? Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses for security reasons.
Orders are shipped from THEFEATHERED.COM in Mexico City – Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. (CST) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Available Merchandise: Immediate Shipping:
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement from Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday). In all cases, THEFEATHERED.COM reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Signature required. If you request no signatureTHEFEATHERED.COM is not responsible in case of theft.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from THEFEATHERED.COM specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/orTHEFEATHERED.COM.
Authorized Shipment Delivery
If for any reason, the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the local Federal Express Office and contact THEFEATHERED.COM.
International & Premier Orders
A signature is required for all international packages delivered by DHL.
Successful Shipment Delivery
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.) as per the THEFEATHERED.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Mexico at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to the United States. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days for size exchange, store credit or partial refund.
We prefer that items are returned to us via DHL, UPS OR FEDEX to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. We request that you contact us atTHEFEATHERED.COM in relation to such returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via UPS, DHL or FEDEX.
Returns for size exchange or store credit are FREE.
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable.
Free Return policy is limited to one exchange. The original THEFEATHERED.COM Product Authenticity Tag must be attached to the item(s). Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Returns for refund are partial. The shipment and any eventual import fees (for packages sent from outside of México) are at the Client’s expense and will be deducted from the final refund.
Returns must arrive within 10 days from receiving the Return Authorization Number.
Return Terms and Conditions:
The original THEFEATHERED.COM Product Authenticity Tag must be attached to the item(s). Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc. Shoes and other accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way, and cannot be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above.THEFEATHERED.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion ofTHEFEATHERED.COM. Based on the condition of the return and/or the non-compliance of the Return Policy a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund.
THEFEATHERED.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier from the original shipment as specified in the return instructions. If an unauthorized return is accepted, THEFEATHERED.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
All SALES are FINAL. No refund. No changes. No store credit. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise, private sales, markdowns and jewelry.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs. THEFEATHERED.COM is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
Store Credit can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return.
Store Credit is not cumulative with other store credits.
Store Credit must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.
Products and images online
THEFEATHERED.COM declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.
Images on THEFEATHERED.COM belong to THE FEATHERED, LLC and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of THE FEATHERED, LLC is forbidden.
It is possible that Designers make changes during the production phase and/or decide not to produce an item.
Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size.
Once the order is processed by the Orders Department THEFEATHERED.COM reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with THEFEATHERED.COM. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
Terms and Conditions
