SANS ARCIDET

Born in 2000, SANS ARCIDET offers a unique mix that blends different materials (raffia, leather, horn, cotton, metal), shapes and colors, with an innate sense of modernity allied to the spirit of time. The techniques used to produce the collections—traditional local raffia weaving techniques are skillfully combined with a distinct French design aesthetic, including embellishments using embroidery, leather, cotton, wool and denim.

The happy alliance of the three sisters; Corinne, Sylvie and Myriam that make up SANS ARCIDET are convinced by the effective mix of the French style combined with a malagasy. Created and produced in the beautiful, tropical island of Madagascar SANS ARCIDET presents ranges quite exclusively made from with natural materials. All of the brand's bags and accessories are handmade on the island.

All creations are hand made with the help of 350 craftsmen and women. In conjunction with the studio activity, the brand has worked for the last 2 years to create local co-ops. SANS ARCIDET is also concerned about the environment and is in the process of creating a water purification system in its workshops, unique in the region in order to preserve the lake's water and nearby rice fields.
